Jim Randel

Jim Randel, A business lawyer who actually understands business.

Randel's career has straddled the legal and business worlds for more than thirty years. In addition to his active legal practice, he has been investing in real estate and early-stage businesses since graduating from law school.

He has been at the cutting edge of many commercial real estate trends and developments and has been a guest speaker on these topics at Harvard Business School and the NYU Stern Institute of Business.

In addition, he has co-founded or invested in 25 start-ups or early-stage ventures, several of which have become successful companies or were sold to larger entities (including one to a NY Stock Exchange company).

Randel believes that his activities in the business sector make him a better counselor to his clients.
